John,

You can reset your password at twitter.com. Spotretrieve's username/password system is linked to twitter's and will work with your most recent twitter login. Here's the link to twitter's reset password system: http://twitter.com/account/resend_password

Jim-
saw the kyrgyzstan article with Jug - very cool.
So sport retrieve worked great doing the twitter/FB thing for me last year. I getting ready for a trip and I decided to double check and test things out again and no worky. I tried logging into the spot retrieve page but I'm only able to reset my password which seems redundant as it should be updated through twitter's most recent login anyway right? Re-read all the set up pages and every thing appears to be set up correctly. Any troubleshooting ideas for me?
Thanks.
See you in SV late August.

Hey Aaron,
SPOT changed the subject line of the email which no longer has the ESN (serial number) of the device that sent the SPOT message. The workaround we put in place is that SPOTRetrieve will check for your ESN in the message itself (thanks Jonas Buchli!).
So all you have to do is to put your ESN in the message itself. That should fix it.
Glad you liked the Kyrgyzstan article!
See you in August.
